You can only imagine how grateful people are for the love and care that you show for them. Come and join us. Experience it for yourself. It’s a heart warming and soul searching experience. It takes place every 3rd Thursday from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.

The “Feeding”, as it is sometimes called, is probably our best known activity because we do it so often. These events are well attended.

We team up with our Partners and try to schedule this event in a different community on a Saturday each month at 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Our luncheon events are held every 1st Thursday of the month on our premises. We serve free hot meals from 11pm to 2 pm. We often have a speaker. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Easter Festival

Our Easter Festival provides an opportunity to meet the needs of both our kids and families. It tends to set an environment for fun and successful learning experiences for our children as we teach about the new birth and resurrection of Christ.

Churches, organizations, businesses, and friends donate many of these supplies of food, clothing, and toys. It’s doing our part to ensure our needy families are properly educated.

Back to School

The Back-To-School Event is to help our children with school supplies and other needed items. It is held sometime in August. Churches, organizations, businesses, and friends donate many of these supplies. It’s doing our part to ensure our kids are properly educated.

The Back-To-School Event tends to set an environment for fun and successful learning experiences for our children.

Prayer Breakfast

Our Prayer Breakfast event is to help guide us in making a spiritual and human impact as we serve the homeless, the hungry, the addicted, and the poverty stricken in the Southern Sector of Dallas.

MDC makes significant strides in helping those in need, but there is so much work to be done on a continueous basis. Our annual Prayer Breakfast gives our community and other neighboring saints an opportunity to help us raise much needed funds to continue to serve in His name.

Music Festival

We try to sponsor a musical at least once a year. Even though they are very time consuming to plan and they demand extra energy and talent to produce, they prove to be a great blessing and a spiritual uplifting of the heart. The musicals seem to touch many people’s souls.

Revival Meeting

Our annual revival is one of the true highlights of the year. Our Revival comes real close to the old traditional sense of the word.  We keep in mind the true meaning of revival which means “to live again.”

Our revivals go on for several nights with a different speaker each night.

Harvest Fest

The Harvest Fest is The Metropolitan Dream Center’s premier annual event that impacts thousands of people who are homeless and impoverished in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

This event provides food, clothing, medical screenings, haircuts, blankets, etc. among many other services.

Our Toys-Giveaway  provides gifts, food, and other spiritual blessings to children and their families who otherwise would miss out on one of the more meaningful and happy times of the year.

It has become so popular and supportive that we now hold this event on two different days.

Toys Give-Away provides evidence that their neighbors and community not only loves them, but also cares for them.
